Description

Delicious and fluffy waffles made with almond flour, perfect for a gluten-free breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and milk.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt and sugar until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the batter comes together. Don’t overmix!
  4. Heat a greased waffle iron and cook according to the waffle maker’s instructions.
  5. Repeat until all batter has been used.
