Description

Delicious baked salmon fillets topped with a creamy Boursin cheese spread, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 package (5 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the dish. Pat them dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice evenly over the fillets.
  3. Season Well: Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over each fillet. Gently rub the seasoning into the salmon for extra flavor.
  4. Add the Boursin: Divide the Boursin cheese into four equal parts. Place a portion on top of each fillet. As it bakes, the cheese will melt into a rich, creamy sauce.
  5. Bake to Perfection: Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. The Boursin will melt into a creamy topping, slightly golden at the edges.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Pair it with roasted green beans, mashed potatoes, or lemony rice.

Notes

  • This dish is great served with sides like roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
  • For a spicy kick, consider adding some red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
