Description

Delicious sweet and salty caramel pretzels perfect for snacking!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter, add brown sugar + corn syrup. Boil 3 minutes, stirring.
  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla + baking soda (it will foam).
  4. Pour over pretzels, toss to coat.
  5. Spread on tray, bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely until caramel hardens. Break apart & enjoy.

Notes

  • For best results, ensure pretzels are fully coated with the caramel mixture.
  • Sea salt flakes can be added to enhance flavor.
