Delicious sweet and salty caramel pretzels perfect for snacking!
Ingredients

- 4 cups mini pretzels
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Melt butter, add brown sugar + corn syrup. Boil 3 minutes, stirring.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla + baking soda (it will foam).
- Pour over pretzels, toss to coat.
- Spread on tray, bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely until caramel hardens. Break apart & enjoy.
Notes
- For best results, ensure pretzels are fully coated with the caramel mixture.
- Sea salt flakes can be added to enhance flavor.
