Description

Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoky spices. Grill until cooked through, then slice into strips.
