- 1 cup brown sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Press dough into skillet and top with reserved chips.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on the edges and set in the center.
- Cool slightly before serving, ideally with ice cream.
