Description

Delicious creamy garlic alfredo steak bites that are perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef steak (tender cut like sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak Bites:
    • Season the steak cubes generously with salt and black pepper.
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer.
    • Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.
    • Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add unsalted butter.
    • Once melted, add minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring it to a gentle simmer.
    • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue to stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Combine and Garnish:
    • Return the steak bites to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
    • Allow everything to simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the skillet is hot before adding the steak to get a perfect sear.
  • Feel free to adjust the garlic amount to taste if you prefer a more or less intense flavor.
  • For extra creaminess, add a little more Parmesan cheese according to your preference.
  • Serve the dish over pasta, rice, or with vegetables for a complete meal.
  • If you want to add a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
