Description
Delicious creamy garlic alfredo steak bites that are perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound beef steak (tender cut like sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak Bites:
- Season the steak cubes generously with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer.
- Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add unsalted butter.
- Once melted, add minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue to stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine and Garnish:
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
- Allow everything to simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the skillet is hot before adding the steak to get a perfect sear.
- Feel free to adjust the garlic amount to taste if you prefer a more or less intense flavor.
- For extra creaminess, add a little more Parmesan cheese according to your preference.
- Serve the dish over pasta, rice, or with vegetables for a complete meal.
- If you want to add a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
