Description

A simple and delicious crockpot chicken recipe seasoned with ranch dressing mix.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Shred the chicken in the gravy and mix well.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
