Description

Delicious and fudgy chocolate brownies topped with your favorite chocolate frosting.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted)
  • 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour an 8 inch baking dish. Or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl combine melted chocolate with canola oil, mix until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, and eggs, beat until well combined and the eggs are fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until the white streaks just disappear.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, until a tester comes out mostly clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely, then top with your favorite chocolate frosting.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the brownies cool completely before frosting for the best results.
