Description
Delicious and fudgy chocolate brownies topped with your favorite chocolate frosting.
Ingredients

- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted)
- 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour an 8 inch baking dish. Or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine melted chocolate with canola oil, mix until smooth.
- Add sugar, and eggs, beat until well combined and the eggs are fully incorporated.
- Stir in flour and salt until the white streaks just disappear.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until a tester comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely, then top with your favorite chocolate frosting.
Notes
- Make sure to let the brownies cool completely before frosting for the best results.
