Description

A delightful bundt cake made with cinnamon and biscuit dough, perfect for a warm dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 (16 ounce each) rolls biscuit dough
  • ½ cup walnuts (finely chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl stir together brown sugar and melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut biscuits into quarters, add to sugar mixture, and toss to coat. Shake off any excess sugar.
  4. Layer the sugared biscuits and walnuts in the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 33-37 minutes or until golden and no longer doughy in the center. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto a serving platter. Serve warm.
