Description

A creamy and delicious cheesecake dip perfect for serving with fruits and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 24 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sliced fruit, graham crackers, as desired

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients (except the fruit or graham crackers) to a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk until well mixed and creamy. Taste and increase sweetness as desired.
  3. Place the Cheesecake Dip into the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up slightly before serving.
