- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dough
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (for butter)
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out crescent dough and separate into triangles, slightly flattening each piece.
- Spoon beef mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll up gently and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and parsley if using. Brush over each rollup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Store leftover roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
