Description

A delicious stir-fry featuring lean ground turkey and fresh oranges.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium fresh oranges (zest and juice)

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil to coat the bottom.
  2. Sauté minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook for about five minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  4. Stir in orange juice, orange zest, and soy sauce; mix well.
  5. Cook for an additional three minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
