Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Slices of grilled French bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into ¼”-thick slices.
  2. Arrange the mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves on a large platter.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
