Description

This scrumptious apple cider loaf is perfect for fall!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Stir in apple cider until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
