This scrumptious apple cider loaf is perfect for fall!

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Stir in apple cider until fully incorporated.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
