Description
This glazed salmon recipe combines fresh salmon with a delicious maple and Dijon mustard glaze.

- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill or parsley), chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice until combined.
- Place the salmon in the baking dish and brush half of the glaze over it.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining glaze on top and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon fillet for best results.
- For additional flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before cooking.
