Description

This glazed salmon recipe combines fresh salmon with a delicious maple and Dijon mustard glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill or parsley), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Place the salmon in the baking dish and brush half of the glaze over it.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Drizzle remaining glaze on top and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
