Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the steak into thin strips against the grain.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the steak strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat with vegetable oil.
- Grill the marinated steak strips in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Plate alongside steamed rice or grilled vegetables and enjoy!

- For best flavor, marinate the steak overnight if possible.
