  • 1 cup powdered sugar (120g) for the glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round or oval cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in freshly squeezed orange juice and zest until mixed.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
