This glazed salmon recipe is a delicious and easy way to enjoy salmon with a sweet and tangy flavor!

- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour half of the glaze over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Optionally, broil for an additional minute to caramelize the glaze further.
- Drizzle with remaining glaze, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
