Description
A smooth and creamy carrot ginger dressing perfect for salads.
Ingredients

- 200 grams carrot, peeled and chopped
- 50 grams onion, chopped
- 20 grams ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 60 milliliters rice vinegar
- 30 milliliters soy sauce
- 15 milliliters sesame oil
- 120 milliliters vegetable oil
- 30 grams sugar
- 60 milliliters water
Instructions
- Place the carrot, onion, ginger, and garlic into a blender.
- Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, sugar, and water.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more soy sauce or sugar as needed.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Letting the dressing chill will enhance the flavors.
