- 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions
- Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. This step typically takes around 8-10 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped roasted red peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to combine for about 1-2 minutes until coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
