  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. This step typically takes around 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped roasted red peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
