Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak (well-marbled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray or coat with olive oil.
  3. Pat the sirloin steak dry and rub with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Press chopped herbs into both sides of the steak.
