- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray or coat with olive oil.
- Pat the sirloin steak dry and rub with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Press chopped herbs into both sides of the steak.
- Place the steak in the prepared baking dish and roast for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
