- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in crushed pineapple with juice, then add flour and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
