Scale
  • 1 package Refrigerated pizza dough (13 oz, Pillsbury or fresh bakery)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced fresh)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil (extra virgin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Roll out refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into strips about an inch wide.
  3. Tie each strip into a knot and toss them in a bowl.
  4. Mix minced garlic with olive oil and homemade Italian seasoning, then pour over the knots and toss well.
  5. Sprinkle kosher salt over the coated knots.
  6. Arrange knots single-layered in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, brush the knots with more olive oil before serving.
  • These knots can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
