  • 1 cup mint leaves (fresh, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved to create a simple syrup.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and the cooled simple syrup.
  4. Add the sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda) and stir gently to combine.
