Delicious and healthy strawberry protein balls, perfect for a snack or post-workout refuel.
Ingredients

- 113 g cream cheese
- 30 g freeze-dried strawberries
- 80 g old-fashioned oats
- 60 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 40 g almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pulse freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until powdered. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in oats, almond flour, protein powder, salt, and powdered strawberries.
- Cover and chill dough for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll into 16 equal-sized balls using your hands.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
