Description

Delicious and healthy strawberry protein balls, perfect for a snack or post-workout refuel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 113 g cream cheese
  • 30 g freeze-dried strawberries
  • 80 g old-fashioned oats
  • 60 g vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until powdered. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, almond flour, protein powder, salt, and powdered strawberries.
  4. Cover and chill dough for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Roll into 16 equal-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
